“I don’t get it,” Gabriella said to herself, and leaned back into the pillows of the bed. Josephine had managed to secure a hotel room, and while it wasn’t as big or as posh as Gabriella’s usual choices it was perfectly serviceable. Two queen beds sat side by side, separated by a tiny table; a flat screen TV sat precariously on a three drawer dresser. Gabriella’s haunted expression stared back at her from the mirror next to the TV. “What went wrong?” it asked, and she shrugged a bewildered reply.
